POSTE DE CHEF D'EQUIPE MECANIQUE - MACHINES TOURNANTES Assurer le management d’équipes d’intervention dans le cadre de révisions de turbines à vapeur en centrale de production d’énergie Principales missions : Evoluer sous la direction du chef de chantier Encadrer votre équipe de mécaniciens (2 à 5 personnes) dans les activités de montage, maintenance et réparation site de turbines à vapeur Organiser l’équipe et répartir le travail en fonction des travaux Assurer les rituels d’animation EHS, animer les PFI (pratiques de fiabilisation des interventions) Expliciter les procédures de travail et s’assurer que les membres de l’équipe comprennent ce qui est attendu d’eux Renseigner en temps réel la documentation qualité (PV, rapports, suivi plan qualité…) Remonter au chef de chantier les écarts, l’avancement des travaux Identifier et remonter les propositions d’amélioration (documentaires, outillages) PROFIL : Formation et Expérience : BAC PRO à BAC+ 2 en mécanique, maintenance industrielle Expérience dans la maintenance et le management d’équipes de chantier Conditions d'exercice du métier : Grande disponibilité Mobilité France et à l’Export Réactivité Grande rigueur Management d’équipe Sens de l’organisation Permis indispensable Join us and work with global teams to support global customers !
