MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TECHNICAL STUDIES MANAGER: • Supervise the design briefs of the technical studies officers. • Ensure regulatory compliance is verified during the upstream and downstream project phases. • Assume technical representative duties for the company, if necessary. • Instruct others and transfer your knowledge internally and externally. • Schedule operations to guarantee an optimal volume of work for your team. • Take part in regulatory watch activities. • Stay abreast of environmental regulations. • Manage the studies price. • Produce design briefs, prepare field notes for designers • Fulfill your allocated role within the line of responsibility for the SQE and Productivity code. JOB REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION 5 years’ higher education FIELDS OF STUDY Building – Thermal Engineering – Energy – Geotechnical engineering REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Technical studies officer with an equivalent qualification/External engineering office JOB ENVIRONMENT INTERNAL Technical studies engineering office – Works engineering office – Legal EXTERNAL Supervising office – Client – Program Manager – Suppliers – Sub-contractors Votre profil : Idéalement issu-e d’une de formation Ingénieur ou Bac +4/5 dans le Bâtiment, vous avez une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire et êtes en capacité de chiffrer un projet en CET et plus particulièrement CVC/Plomberie.
