Au sein de l’équipe Supply, nous créons un poste de : Chargé(e) d’Approvisionnements – H/F, en CDD d’1 an VOS MISSIONS Rattaché(e) au Responsable Supply Chain, vous garantissez le bon déroulement des achats matières premières et emballages, de la commande jusqu’à la réception, afin d’assurer la satisfaction des clients. Vos principales missions : Gestion de la relation fournisseur via téléphone, e-mail. Enregistrement et suivi des commandes dans l’ERP. Suivi des contrats fournisseurs. Vérification de la disponibilité des matières en coordination avec la planification et la qualité. Gestion des stocks de matières premières et semi-finis. Gestion des litiges liés aux livraisons (retards, écarts de quantités). Identification des risques de rupture en coordination avec le Responsable Supply. Contribution à l’optimisation des flux et à l’amélioration des processus. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ • De formation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Supply Chain, vous justifiez d’une expérience sur un poste similaire. • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et les logiciels métiers (ERP, CRM). • Vous avez une bonne connaissance des processus logistiques et Supply Chain. • Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais (écrit et oral). • Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome, vous savez gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément. • Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous faites preuve d’écoute et d’esprit d’équipe. • Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression et d’apporter des solutions face aux imprévus.
