Job Description - Qualité de Service : Accueillir la clientèle lors du retour des véhicules ; Réaliser l’enquête de satisfaction PS ; - Prise en charges des Véhicules : Récupérer les clés des véhicules ; Réaliser avec le client les tours de caisse ; S’assurer de l’absence de dommages sur les véhicules ; S’assurer que les véhicules aient été rendus avec le plein ; Etablir la facturation via Greenway ; - Gestion Administrative des dommages : Assurer la mise à jour de du LDAS dans Greenway ; S’assurer du bon remplissage des champs (assurance, F7, description) ; Etablir les dossiers Quietis ; - Entretien des parcs : Veiller à la propreté des parkings retour ; Assurer le rangement des parkings retour ; Si vous souhaitez rejoindre un groupe coté, résolument tourné vers l’avenir et attaché à l’excellence opérationnelle pour offrir à ses clients de nouvelles solutions de mobilité, n’hésitez plus à candidater à nos offres ! Qualifications Vous avez un goût prononcé pour l’automobile et avez éventuellement quelques notions de mécanique simple. Attaché au respect de consignes techniques et opérationnelles, vous possédez un esprit ouvert et appréciez le travail d’équipe. Vous possédez une solide première expérience professionnelle, vous êtes réactif, organisé et méthodique. La détention du permis B est obligatoire. Car rental will see the light a few years later, across the Atlantic, but its development will be stopped by the first and then by the Second World Wars. In the aftermath of the war, a Parisian entrepreneur revived the idea: “If you can’t afford to buy a car, why not rent one when you need it?”. His name was Raoul-Louis Mattei and in 1949, he created "L'Abonnement Automobile": a company that would later become the Compagnie Internationale Europcars, then Europcar.
