We’re now looking for a Channel / Distribution Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in accelerating growth through our UK distribution network. The Opportunity This is a high-impact, externally facing role with real influence. You’ll lead relationships with our strategic distribution partners, shape joint growth plans, and ensure Xylem is seen as a trusted, value-adding partner across the channel. Success in this role comes from insight, credibility, and execution — not just managing accounts, but actively growing them. What You’ll Be Accountable For Owning and developing long-term relationships with key UK distribution partners Creating and delivering channel strategies aligned to Xylem’s commercial and growth objectives Identifying new opportunities for product expansion, market penetration, and joint value creation Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service teams to deliver a seamless partner experience Analysing market and channel performance data to inform decisions and adapt strategy Representing the channel voice internally, influencing priorities and decisions at senior levels What Success Looks Like Sustainable revenue growth through the channel Strong, trusted distributor relationships built on transparency and mutual value Clear, data-led channel plans that translate strategy into execution Proactive identification of market trends and growth opportunities What You Bring Proven experience in channel, distribution, or key account management, ideally in a technical, industrial, or B2B environment Strong commercial judgement with the confidence to challenge, influence, and lead Analytical capability — comfortable using data to drive decisions and recommendations A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Organised, adaptable, and motivated to exceed targets Qualifications Degree-qualified in business, economics, finance, engineering, or similar — or equivalent experience Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and multiple priorities Commitment to continuous learning and professional development #LI-Remote #LI-CDY Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
