Aspen’s Commercial Services Team is responsible for the selection, contracting, and performance management of key suppliers, working closely with operational teams. Governance is a critical element, ensuring accountability and transparency for Group companies utilising these services. The Commercial Services Governance Analyst role is responsible for: Supporting Procurement Category Leads in overseeing the financial management of Aspen’s IT Outsource (ITO) and Business Process Outsource (BPO) supplier relationships Overseeing the Purchase Order process, promoting self-serve by educating and encouraging stakeholders to execute at source Ensuring timely and accurate reporting on supplier governance and performance to relevant governance forums Managing Aspen’s AMEX contract, including coordination with the supplier on business travel issues and ensuring regular contract management meetings Collaborating across teams to promote procurement best practices, drive accountability among process owners, and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and business value The line management of the Contract Admin role Our Aspen Values are expected to be reflected in the delivery and performance of this role.
