Job Description Summary Role Summary/Purpose: Coordinate and support the main Industrial projects related to Gas-Insulated Switchgear manufacturing in alignment with PT strategy. This includes footprint evolution, capacity and industrial equipment adaptation with the associated investment plan. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Propose a global strategy for the GIS plants and coordinate key actions in order to : Support units for manufacturing optimization and product strategy decisions including footprint adaptation projects, capacity studies, Make or Buy Initiatives, Localization, Offshoring of parts, NPIs, Cost Out Initiatives, Design for Manufacturing, etc. Lead the CAPEX approval process for the units dedicated to GIS products ensuring the alignment with PT strategy ( this includes the support from preparation to execution of CAPEX investment) Lead the development and revision of existing manufacturing documents. Coordinate the deployment of standard manufacturing processes in the units with definition of training and coaching where it is necessary. Perform regular audits to identify deviations and support the units to implement the standard process defined. Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen) events to identify and implement further process standardizations. Build the industrial expert community for GIS to actively work as one team and identify best practices, share lessons learned and systematically updates the standard documents as per process improvements. Follow up the implementation of best practices across the units and support technical challenges in the implementation of the new process. Support skills & competences assessment process and propose global development plan. ______________________________________ Responsabilités principales Proposer une stratégie globale pour les sites GIS et coordonner les actions clés afin de : Soutenir les unités dans l’optimisation de la fabrication et dans les décisions liées à la stratégie produit, incluant les projets d’adaptation des implantations, les études de capacité, les initiatives Make or Buy, les activités de localisation, l’offshoring de composants, les NPIs, les initiatives de réduction des coûts, le Design for Manufacturing, etc. Piloter le processus de validation des CAPEX pour les unités dédiées aux produits GIS, en garantissant l’alignement avec la stratégie PT (y compris l’accompagnement depuis la préparation jusqu’à l’exécution des investissements). Piloter l’élaboration et la mise à jour des documents de fabrication existants. Coordonner le déploiement des processus de fabrication standard dans les unités, définir les besoins en formation et en accompagnement si nécessaire. Réaliser des audits réguliers pour identifier les écarts et accompagner les unités dans la mise en conformité. Participer aux démarches d’amélioration continue (événements Kaizen) afin d’identifier et de mettre en œuvre de nouvelles standardisations de processus. Animer la communauté d’expert·e·s industriel·le·s GIS, favoriser le travail collaboratif, l’identification des bonnes pratiques, le partage des retours d’expérience et la mise à jour systématique des documents standards en fonction des améliorations engagées. Assurer le suivi de l’implémentation des bonnes pratiques dans les unités et soutenir la résolution des défis techniques liés aux nouveaux processus. Contribuer au processus d’évaluation des compétences et proposer un plan de développement global. Qualifications / Requirements Educational Requirements Master degree in engineering, manufacturing engineering from an accredited university or College 10+ year Experience in industrialization, manufacturing of GIS products; Location(s): open on the location Europe – APAC Desired Characteristics Specific knowledge Strong knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes of GIS. Basic Knowledge for design principles of GIS Lean principles and tools Project Management principles and tools ______________________________________ Qualifications / Requirements Formation Master en ingénierie ou en génie industriel / fabrication, obtenu dans une université ou école reconnue. Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en industrialisation ou fabrication de produits GIS. Localisation : ouverte, Europe – APAC. Desired Characteristics Connaissances spécifiques Excellente connaissance et expérience des processus de fabrication des GIS. Connaissances de base des principes de conception des GIS. Maîtrise des principes et outils Lean. Maîtrise des principes et outils de gestion de projet.
