Profile Education: Holder of a Bac+5 Grandes Ecoles with Human Resources option or equivalent Experience: Significant HR experience minimum 8 years, ideally in a similar position in the industry. Communication skills would be a plus. A managerial practice of at least 3 years is expected. Information Systems: Workday English: C1 Specific skills and characteristics expected: Leadership Change management With real interpersonal skills, communication skills (clear, written and oral), Influence (ability to assert one's ideas and to have them accepted by a group), Strength of proposal and conviction, Unifying Resilient Potential for development: Management International mobility: required Main missions: Act as an HR Business Partner for the employees and managers in your production area and facilitate the dynamics of the site through your HR support Collaborate with managers and teams to implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, analyze and challenge business approaches that can have HR impacts, draw attention to foreseeable developments and risks Manage processes related to the employee lifecycle: recruitment, development and onboarding, internal mobility, exits, disciplinary actions. Provide HR support in the management of employer relations, training, performance evaluations in a logic of employability and response to organizational changes Design, prepare, structure and/or support change processes and foster a constructive work culture Manages projects in his/her field of activity.
