CBTA Management Systems Integration Specialist Company: Boeing United Kingdom Limited Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) program, is an innovative approach that transcends traditional task-based training. Since 2019, Boeing has been developing, testing and implementing a CBTA pilot training program to equip pilots and airline personnel with the essential competencies for navigating the complexities of modern aviation. The CBTA MSIT main responsibility is to evaluate customer airline management systems and supporting the analysis of training data & their application to the airlines recurrent training program. This role will support the airline Head of training & evaluate the necessary changes required for the airline head of Training to implement the Boeing CBTA program. This role will support the airline Head of training adopting a competency-based training program, based on the use of validated data. This is a full-time role based at Manchester, Gatwick or Welwyn-Garden-City. Preferred Skills and Experience An in-depth familiarity with training data analytics and the application to the CBTA Deployment program. A good communicator, with a demonstrable ability to communicate across the organization, management structure and customer interfaces at all levels. Demonstrable subject matter expertise & knowledge of the CBTA Deployment standards and the application of these requirements within their area responsibility and authority Capable of understanding, interpreting, and making recommendations to airline CBTA programs, based on data analysis and the airline risk management program to ensure safety driven training outcomes.
