Step 3 CBT Team Leader – Talking Therapies Service Hours: Full-time Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in service, 2 days from home Accreditation: Must be BABCP accredited Supervision Training: Desirable but not essential Supervisory Experience: Essential About the Role We’re recruiting for an experienced and passionate High Intensity CBT Team Leader / Step 3 Team Leader to join a innovative and successful Talking Therapies service. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team delivering evidence-based psychological therapies within a person-centred, holistic, and accessible wellbeing model. As a Team Leader, you’ll manage your own caseload while inspiring and supporting your team to meet both service and individual targets. You’ll bring strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to improving mental health outcomes. Experience in supervising therapists is essential, and while IAPT Supervision Course training is desirable, it’s not a requirement.
