About the role: For our Commercial Area South (CA South) – France, Italy, Iberia - we are looking for a Category Manager for categories Wellbeing (including Vacuum Cleaners & Air Care) & Small Appliances based in our Paris office. Reporting to the PL Director WB SDA CA South, you will be one of essential stakeholders in the Commercial Team. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle and drive initiatives that support both existing and emerging business models. You will collaborate cross-functionally with international teams to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction, while contributing to the successful execution of product launches and continuous improvement efforts. Location The role is based in Saint Denis (Paris). What you’ll do: Drive the execution of the product strategy within the CA South region, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. Own product range definition, pricing and promotional activation Lead and coordinate Go-To-Market activities for new product introductions, ensuring timely and impactful launches. Manage stakeholder relationships across Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Controlling. Champion customer-centric improvements by resolving issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions and simplifications. Represent the product function in internal and external meetings, acting as a key voice for product-related topics. Conduct ongoing market monitoring and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities. Support budget and forecasting activities by providing product range insights and strategic input. Who you are: You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. You have solid experience in category/product management within consumer electronics or FMCG industry. You excel in cross-functional collaboration and thrive in a team-oriented environment. You are numerical, have a sharp eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving. You bring energy and passion to your work and inspire others through your commitment.
