Saints Foundation bring Southampton FC to the heart of the community, using the power of the club and our passionate team to help fulfil individual potential and make Southampton a better place to live for all. Through our Health pillar of work, our aim is to ‘Support adults and young people with health inequalities to stay healthy, active, and connected, encouraging them to lead fulfilled lives’. This role will involve delivering a match day activation working in partnership with local mental health prevention organisations. Ensuring all events are delivered to a standard that will achieve our proposed outcomes. What will you be doing? As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering a match day activation that aligns with the Premier League Suicide Prevention project. This will play a key part in raising awareness and promoting mental health support among fans. You will collaborate with a Casual Staffing team to support the effective delivery of the Suicide Prevention Project. Working as part of a team ensures consistency and impact across all planned activities. A significant element of your role will involve interacting with supporters and partners, both within the Extra Time Hub and around the footprint of the stadium. These interactions help build a stronger connection with the community and encourage open conversations around mental health. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting and organizing all insight and impact monitoring data, in accordance with the project’s insight and impact plan. This is essential for tracking the success and reach of the initiative. Finally, ensuring supporters are signposted to the appropriate services when needed is a critical part of the role. Providing clear and compassionate guidance will help those in need access the right support at the right time. Is this you? Good communication and organisational skills Good IT skills.
