Salary range: Grade 5£33,012 £33,987 p.a. plus fantastic benefits Contract: Permanent (Multiple) Hours of work: 36 hours per week Location: Croydon Caretaker Take pride in Croydon’s neighbourhoods and help us create safe, welcoming estates. We are looking for a number of proactive and reliable Neighbourhood Caretakers to deliver caretaking, cleaning, and minor repair services on our estates. You’ll be a visible presence in the community, ensuring that communal areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents. About the role Carry out caretaking and cleaning duties across estates. Report repairs issues promptly. Monitor standards and ensure communal areas are safe. Support the enforcement of tenancy conditions where needed. About you Experience in caretaking, cleaning, or a similar service role. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Awareness of health and safety at work. Why join us?
