This is a full-time position, based both in our office and out in the community, with participation in the out-of-hours on-call rota.We have an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team and an Outstanding-rated care provider.We are currently recruiting a Care Team Leader / Trainer who will play a pivotal role in supporting and line-managing our dedicated Care Professionals.
