We’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to deliver high-quality, one-to-one care to older adults in their own homes.Whether you’re an experienced care assistant or new to care, we provide full, award-winning paid training and ongoing support to help you thrive.What You’ll Do:• Provide companionship and emotional support• Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility)• Support with meals, light housekeeping, and errands• Medication admin & reminders• Promote independence• Deliver one-to-one care with a minimum of 1-hour visitsShifts Available:• Day: 7 AM – 3 PM• Evening: 2 PM – 9.30 PMWhat We Offer:• £12.75–£13.75/hour, (£24.50/hr.) on Bank Holidays• Paid travel & waiting time• 35p/mile mileage• 28 days’ holiday (pro rata)• Pension + staff discounts• 24/7 support and fully funded trainingQualificationsAbout You:• Naturally caring, reliable, and patient• UK driving license + access to a car (essential)• Right to work in the UK.
