With a strong focus on quality and care, this is an opportunity for a chef who wants to make a meaningful difference through their cooking. 👨‍🍳 About the Role Lead chef on duty, responsible for kitchen operations during your shift Prepare fresh, homemade meals with variety and great presentation Cater to individual dietary needs and preferences with creativity and care Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness Work closely with an assistant chef on shift Coordinate effectively with an assistant who works alternate days to ensure smooth menu planning and consistency ✅ What We’re Looking For A skilled and creative Chef with a passion for homemade food Someone who values care, consistency, and connection as much as flavour Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience in a care setting is a bonus, but not essential Confidence working independently with the support of an assistant A positive, warm personality that fits into a close-knit care team 💷 What’s on Offer £17 per hour Fixed schedule: full weekends + two weekday shifts Supportive, family-feel work environment A rewarding role where your food makes a real impact every day
