Relief Sous Chef – Ribble Valley Immediate Start | £18 per hour | Weekly Pay (Invoice or PAYE) We are looking for an experienced Relief Sous Chef to support a small hotel, restaurant and wedding venue in the beautiful Ribble Valley. This is ongoing work throughout December, with the possibility of continued shifts into January 2026. Role Requirements: Proven Sous Chef experience Immediate availability Own transport essential (no live-in available) Flexible to work over Christmas and New Year ( on a rota basis) Must have your own whites, knives, safety shoes, and transport Ability to confidently support daily service and work within a small, busy team What You’ll Get: Weekly pay – invoice or PAYE £18 per hour + tips Consistent December shifts A great working environment within a high-quality hospitality venue If you're available and ready to start right away, get in touch today!
