We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Care Assistants to provide one-to-one care and companionship to older adults in their own homes. Whether you’re experienced or new to care, we provide full, award-winning paid training and ongoing support to help you thrive. What You’ll Do As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide personalised support to help clients live independently and happily at home: Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility) Support with meals, light housekeeping, and errands Administer medications and provide reminders Promote independence Deliver one-to-one care with a minimum of 1-hour visits Qualifications What We Offer £13.75/hour (£24.50/hr on Bank Holidays) Paid travel and waiting time 35p/mile mileage 28 days’ holiday (pro rata) Pension and staff discounts 24/7 support and fully funded training About You Naturally caring, reliable, and patient UK driving license + access to a car (essential) Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship) Looking for flexible, rewarding work with purpose Available for 10–20 hours per week Willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check Additional Information Join a trusted, award-winning global home care organisation that values respect, empathy, and excellence.
