Every day, our work strengthens our community — and you could be a part of that.Job DescriptionYour Role as a Care ProfessionalIf you’re someone who enjoys helping others, values connection, and wants to contribute positively to your community, this role offers a rewarding way to do just that.Quality Time Matters: Our minimum 1-hour visits mean you can build genuine relationships with the people you support — people who may be your neighbours, friends, or familiar faces from the community.Support That Counts: You’ll offer companionship and support with daily activities, helping clients stay comfortable, confident, and connected to the community they know and love.Personal Care Focus: From assisting with day-to-day tasks to providing essential personal care, you’ll help clients feel safe, respected, and well looked after.Community Connections: Whether it’s a local shop visit, a walk in the area, or attending appointments, you’ll help clients remain active and engaged in the places they call home.
