The role
As a Capital Planning Manager, you’ll be a senior member of our Capital Planning Group, driving strategic investment planning for Devonport’s critical infrastructure. This is your chance to influence projects that underpin national security and defence capability. You’ll lead the development of options for large-scale projects - from initial concept through to complex business cases, ensuring alignment with HM Treasury ‘Green Book’ and our Project Management Framework.
Day-to-day, you’ll lead the development of suitable options for large projects.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2-3 days in the office/onsite and 2-3 days working from home.

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
