Roles & Responsiblities Collaborating with the hiring team to understand their specific requirements and qualifications required to source for open positions Conducting market research to understand where potential candidates may be found, best methods to engage with them and market/industry trends Create innovative content and assist in planning high-impact campus recruitment events for top talent. Support the production of promotional materials to promote our vision for top talent recruitment and enhance event engagement. Who We Look For Qualifications Currently an undergraduate or master's degree student in Human Resources, Communications, Media-related or its equivalent. Exceptional talent in a specific area—whether it's creative writing, event planning, or multimedia production—with a passion for innovation and storytelling. Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus for this role, as you will be communicating with stakeholders at our headquarters and with international teams.
