Main Purpose: The two-year Development Graduate Programme offers structured rotations across key business functions, with the opportunity to gain cross-product experience in both Oil and Metals, broadening your market knowledge and perspective across two dynamic markets. Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities: A minimum of a 3.4 GPA in any field 0-2 years of postgraduate working experience Fluency in English - both oral and written Strong verbal and written communication skills High degree of intellectual curiosity, passion, motivation and grit Ability to remove roadblocks and break down barriers to get the job done Passion for working in a collaborative, challenging and dynamic environment A global, innovative mindset Key Responsibilities Deals Desk: - Analysis of risks, trading P&L and exposures for key management control of all international and domestic trading strategies. - Production/management of all daily reports to support this function including delta changes, deal economics, price exposure, hedge requirements and ad hoc management reporting. - Appropriate hedging actions are taken against the business physical positions to mitigate price risk, among others. - Data integrity control – update business data Operations: -Handle the commercial physical products operations for the company in several regions and give support to the trading desk by coordinating the execution of the commercial contracts in the most efficient way -Following-up on contracts -Coordinating invoice entry with Accounting -Conducting weekly and monthly reports of the operation and connecting with different Contractual Operations Counterparts. Key Relationships and Department Overview: Throughout the programme, graduates gain practical experience and exposure to the full trade lifecycle, working at the core of our operations. By building expertise across these critical functions, graduates develop a strong foundation for success in high-impact middle office roles in Operations and Deals Desk and are well-positioned to grow into future leadership positions.
