Salary: London - £36,545 to £43,402 / March - £33,833 - £40,148 per annum Location: London or March Hours: 36 per week Contract Type: Permanent We have a great opportunity for an CAD Technician to join our team. You’ll produce the organisations 2-Dimensional Pictorial Estate Plans, Title Number Drawings and Property Schedules ensuring they are accurately mapped to the organisations Land Registry Titles adhering to strict set procedures. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining the drawing archives so that Clarion holds a comprehensive catalogue of completed scheme drawings. The ideal candidate will hold a recognised CAD qualification with sound working knowledge and practical experience of AutoCAD 2018 or above. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least two days per week. And expected to attend a monthly team meeting in person when required.
