Description FlintCreek Cattle Co. is currently seeking talented, enthusiastic, and career-minded individuals to join our team. The busser/serving assistant will be an integral part of our service team who sets the stage for a memorable meal. We are looking for those who are dedicated and truly enjoy the service industry. Position includes hourly rate, tips, and if qualified, based on average hours worked, a health, dental, and vision plan after the measurement and administration periods. We practice tip sharing as a company, more commonly referred to as tipping-out, as well as tip pooling. The Support position is tipped out through our tip sharing policy, and allocated based on the hours worked by the individual. Wage Range and Benefits Hourly Wage is minimum wage (currently $21.30/hour), plus tips (based on our tip pooling and tip sharing policy). Sick pay is awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours worked. All PSSL is accrued and available for use in accordance with Washington State and local laws. Employee receives 5 designated unpaid days off - Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and the 4th of July (or observed). Medical, Dental, and Vision plan election available after 6-month lookback period if eligible based on hours worked (average of 30/week). Employer pays 50% of employee only medical coverage. Dependent/family coverage is available at full cost to the employee.
