Responsibilities Provide business application support and problem resolution for end-users Collaborate with all departments to ensure application systems align with business needs Work with internal and external teams to customize and configure systems Create and deliver training to end-users Assist with application updates, maintenance, documentation, and monitoring Manage and participate in IT projects as assigned Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong information seeking, organizational, and problem-solving skills Up-to-date skills and knowledge of business applications 2+ years relevant IT experience with tech support of business applications or on a Help Desk 2+ years’ experience with CRM or ERP solutions, in heavy equipment, auto dealership sales, or sales admin Certifications/experience with IT Service Mgmt, Project Mgmt, CRM solutions, or Business Information Systems an asset Valid driver’s licence Willing to travel to remote store locations and provide support outside of standard business hours as needed CONNECT with us today!
