Job Description What is the opportunity? The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure change and employee integration activities are effectively supported and implemented within the organization. This is to further ensure that business project initiatives are effectively implemented. This is an intermediate role that requires sound technical knowledge of some of the systems and processes. The role may exist between major product lines (Life & Health, Claims & Shared Services). You will continue to support initiatives that impact the client experience & RBCI’s competitive advantage. What will you do? • Provide appropriate level of process, system and business support to all types of change initiatives driven by or impacting the Insurance organization. This includes Technology Projects, new Product Launches, Audits, Consulting engagements or business as usual initiatives • Act as a contact to provide and or seek out required subject matter expertise related to Insurance • Actively participate in all phases of initiatives referenced above including implementation • Participate in the development and delivery of process and procedure documentation • Support the design of test plan strategies with the IT teams. Assist and create test scripts, execute testing (regression, UAT and PIV), finds and documents defects during UAT, regression and PIV, ensuring defects are resolved and any impacts to the business are communicated • Support IT partners in problem resolution and solution design throughout the project life cycle • Conduct other duties as assigned related to providing support for the business; this includes but is not limited to; hypothetical inquires, troubleshooting, maintenance and upgrades of source systems, letter content and system support and queries What will you need to succeed?
