Job Description JOB TITLE: Business Manager (Homes Platform) SALARY: The salary banding is £59,850 - £66,500 LOCATION: Leeds or Halifax HOURS: 35 hours, full time WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites. About this opportunity An exciting role has come up in our Homes Platform! This role sits within the Business Management function for Homes. The team are responsible for the oversighting Platform Performance, Strategy, Finance, Resource and Risk. What will I be doing? Working with data across a range of applications, Excel, Power BI Experience of working in a fast paced environment with a hardworking and dynamic team Adaptive to change, able to quickly grasp new ideas and the impacts on local processes Have ability to use own judgement and tenacity to drive work forward with minimal issues Influence positively - demonstrating Group values and behaviours and encouraging this in team members Experience of building strong, trusting relationships and be energised by interacting with people - coaching and supportive in their approach Agile/Platform Change Framework (PCF) and platform workings is beneficial but not necessary Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
