How You’ll Make Your Mark: Play a key role in assisting sales teams in managing opportunities and driving business success. Learn about HPE - its strategy, structure, and sales governance - while gaining hands-on experience with leading tools such as Salesforce & Power BI. Take ownership of forecasting and reporting responsibilities that support decision-making and provide visibility into team performance. Explore the sales process and operations of a world-renowned tech company, understanding how different teams - from Account Management to Finance, Pre-Sales, and Operations - collaborate to deliver results. Contribute to projects and wider HPE initiatives, including Innovation Challenges such as Innovation Incubator, where you’ll have space to suggest improvements and add real value. Receive a structured four-week handover and ongoing mentorship, ensuring you’re supported from day one through continuous feedback and guidance. Get involved in career sessions, networking events, and intern community activities that help you grow beyond your day-to-day role. If you are: In your second year of a four-year degree that includes (or offers) a placement year. Eligible to work in the UK and available to start your 13-month placement in July 2026. On track to achieve a minimum 2:1 grade. Keen to develop your skills and build a career in technology, business operations or sales. A strong communicator - both written and verbal - with excellent interpersonal skills. Highly organized and capable of managing your time effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management; Excel and PowerPoint skills are especially beneficial. Fluent in English.
