MWI Animal Health is a leading brand of Cencora, offering animal health services globally Position Summary The Business Intelligence team is responsible for delivering information, reports and dashboards for all departments across the business. This is achieved through the provision and analysis of data, as well as through regular communication with key stakeholders across the UK group. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Contribute to the development of the Group Data team’s direction and strategy, ensuring key issues are considered during planning. Contribute to developing automated dashboards and reporting tools that track profit growth and sales performance goals Partner with business and technical stakeholders to develop enterprise level dashboards, build out cross functional BI interfaces and identify/develop reporting practices on key audience metrics Support and engage with senior stakeholders across all business functions to gather requirements and translate into well-defined processes that meet the needs of the business. Pro-actively identify process improvements and work with the necessary teams to implement these process improvements Understand and comply with job relevant Companies Practice Standards at all times. We would value the following attributes: Experience designing and developing advanced data visualization using Power BI and Paginated reports with experience of Tableau being advantageous. Ability to analyse, interpret, and visualise data into clean, digestible dashboards Experience in optimising data models, calculations and visualisations for performance and user experience Develop and maintain production quality SQL code for transformation and automation.
