We’re looking for a vibrant and results-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our client base by converting warm leads into loyal customers. This role suits someone who thrives in a B2C environment, has remote sales experience, and ideally has worked within the cleaning industry. You’ll need to be organised, resilient, and confident in handling objections while maintaining a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Engage with warm leads provided by the company and convert them into confirmed bookings. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Understand client needs and recommend tailored cleaning solutions. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to maximise commission earnings. What We Offer: On-target earnings of R25,000/month (R8,000 base salary + uncapped commission). 40 days paid leave annually. Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written. Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Must have personal equipment: Laptop with minimum 16GB RAM, 13th Gen i5 processor, Windows 11, and 250GB SSD or better. Reliable high-speed internet and backup solutions for power interruptions. Excellent people skills and a proactive approach to solving customer issues. Able to stay calm and focused under pressure, and handle rejection professionally. Demonstrated success in phone-based sales, including meeting quotas. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and track performance. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage complaints effectively.
