As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint across Hong Kong by driving new business through strategic intermediary partnerships. What you’ll do: Drive new business growth through intermediaries and distribution partners Build and nurture high-impact relationships with key decision-makers Represent Bupa Global’s full suite of international health insurance products Identify strategic opportunities and develop tailored growth plans Collaborate across teams to ensure client needs are met with precision Stay ahead of market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings What you’ll bring: Proven sales experience in international health insurance or financial services Strong network and track record with intermediaries or third-party channels Commercial acumen and confidence in high-value negotiations Experience working across cultures and navigating regulatory frameworks A consultative, solutions-focused mindset and ability to work independently Why Bupa?
