Role: Business Change Manager – ITSCM Business Change Manager – CMDB & Change Employment: Contract - Inside IR35 Location: London,UK - Hybrid Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in IT Service Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning. Hands‑on expertise with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., VMware SRM, Azure Site Recovery, Zerto, Rubrik). Strong knowledge of cyber resilience frameworks (NIST, ISO 27031, ITIL). Experience in cloud and hybrid IT environments. Ability to design and execute resilience testing scenarios.
