Job Summary:

BeVera Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time, detail-oriented, and analytical Business Analyst to support organizational operations through process evaluation, workflow optimization, and data-informed recommendations. The Business Analyst will assess business processes, gather and document requirements, and analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, performance, and system functionality. 


NOTICE – CONTINGENT POSITION: This role is part of a pre-award candidate search for an upcoming federal government contract.
 

Key Responsibilities 

Business Needs Assessment & Process Documentation

  • Lead business needs assessments and requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand program objectives, reporting needs, and process challenges.
  • Document, map, and refine business processes by developing clear process maps, standard operating procedures, and formal requirements that align with policy and acquisition regulations.
  • Support system and workflow improvements by assisting with implementation activities and user acceptance testing in collaboration with IT and program teams.

Performance Measurement & Analytical Reporting

  • Analyze small business and operational performance metrics using dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support small business participation and program success.
  • Develop and maintain recurring performance products including weekly Small Business Achievement Reports and semi annual subcontracting achievement reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare business cases, dashboards, and executive ready performance reports that clearly communicate analytical findings and recommended actions to leadership.
  • Support strategic planning and annual small business goal setting efforts by providing data informed insights, historical performance review, and scenario based projections.

Program Monitoring, Research & Policy Awareness

  • Monitor organizational mailboxes, public media, and government communication channels each day to identify key issues, data calls, and policy changes requiring analytical follow up or leadership awareness.
  • Provide analytical support to the Mentor Protégé Program by conducting needs assessments, researching legislative and regulatory guidance, and drafting or reviewing supporting documentation, tools, and templates.

Outreach, Engagement & Event Effectiveness

  • Compile qualitative and quantitative information to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach, training, and industry engagement events.
  • Prepare semi-annual summaries outlining findings, trends, and recommendations to enhance outreach strategy and event selection.
Requirements

Educational and Experience Qualifications


The following qualifications are the minimum requirements for successful performance under the anticipated contract.

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in business analysis, operations, or a related area.
  • Experience with business systems, requirements documentation, and workflow modeling.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Visio, or similar analytical tools.
  • Strong business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system or process requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis and reporting. 
  • Experience working within a Small Business Office (OSBP) or federal contracting/acquisition environment.
