Responsibilities · Track project progress to ensure projects are on track by collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining timely, clear updates on milestones and deliverables. · Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders with clarity and professionalism. · Assist in coordinating activities, including those of Account Managers, and Sales Teams to support business development goals. · Create high-impact presentations and ensure customer data is consistently updated in the CRM system. · Manage the calendar of the Corporate Accounts Director. · Maintain and organize client contracts within the internal database. Qualifications · Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, or a related field. · Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools. · Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy · Experience in building and maintaining strong professional relationships · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Availability to work on-site, five days a week. #LI-DNI #IG-DNI Intelcom is a leading last-mile carrier in the e-commerce sector.
