Yes Job Description Summary Provides custodial services and supports events primarily in Shriver Center; performs a variety of custodial tasks related to setting up events and maintaining the university's buildings, facilities, and grounds. Hours for this position are 11:00 P.M to 6 A.M Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (off Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule to cover some Saturday nights. Schedule is determined in advance. Job Description Essential Duties Performs event set ups Picks up trash and/or litter from university buildings and grounds; empties trash receptacles May sweep and mop rooms and hallways; may dust and perform general cleaning of rooms; may clean windows May vacuum and shampoo carpets; may strip and wax floors; may clean and sanitize restrooms May pick up and/or deliver equipment and supplies May perform cleaning/washing duties. Minimum Requirements Requires a high school diploma or GED No experience required May require driver's license Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to understand and follow directions/room set ups Knowledge of the use of either cleaning equipment/materials Additional Position Information (if applicable) Special Instructions (if applicable) None Additional Information A criminal background check is required.
