The Radisson Hotel Group, one of the most dynamic hotel companies in the world, is looking for a talented Associate Project Manager join the Creative Service Desk team, the company’s internal creative department and will be based in Radisson Hotel Group in Madrid, Spain.
Creative Service Desk (CSD) acts as RHG Guardian for all RHG brands and stakeholders at a global level. Being part of Global Brand & Guest Experience Department, CSD is responsible to liaise with all stakeholders at a corporate, regional and local hotel levels to ensure all online/offline presence of RHG is in line with our brand DNA as well as ensure that all brand guidelines are implemented in the most agile and innovate way.
The CSD Associate Project Manager will act as the point of
contact of CSD, liaising with all stakeholders (corporate, regional, hotels) to
ensure all projects are developed through RHG certified agencies as well as
contribute to the promotion of our brands through innovative and high quality
campaigns and assets.
Key roles and responsibilities:
The Associate Project Manager must have the following skills:
1. At least 3 years of marketing, project management experience with agency background desirable
2. Excellent planning and coordinating skills
3. Proven project management experience preferable in the hospitality industry and/or creative agencies
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
5. Ability to translate brands into creative and recognizable projects that reflect the DNA and USPs of our RHG brands
6. Ability to manage complex projects that span through different stakeholders and departments
7. Ability to give fast and high-quality solutions with minimum guidance by the relevant stakeholders
8. Being able to understand the needs beyond individual projects, connecting the on-going work to the bigger picture
9. Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
10. Multi-tasking ability while paying attention to details (technical and brand guidelines)
11. Being able to understand brands, their guidelines while ensuring that all projects are creative
12. Excellent verbal and written skills in EN
13. Solid digital understanding
14. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
15. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
16. Ability to prioritize among competing tasks

18. Understanding

Minimum education: Bachelor degree preferably in hospitality but not limited to this area
Minimum experience: 3 years
Language skills: Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English; second language proficiency is preferred
Others: Cross-cultural experience and second language proficiency is preferred
