We’re looking for a Brand Manager UK who will lead the growth and localization of Vilgain across the British market — from strategy to execution. Someone who understands how to build brand, engage communities and turn awareness into lasting loyalty. What you’ll do * Lead and grow Vilgain’s brand strategy for the UK while contributing to our global brand direction. * Translate Vilgain’s DNA into the local market and build strong awareness and a loyal community. * Own the communication strategy and apply evidence-based marketing principles. * Evaluate brand health, competition, and category entry points across markets. * Plan and run 360° omnichannel campaigns — online, offline, social, influencer, retail. * Collaborate closely with HQ teams in Brno and Prague (performance, creative, e-commerce, product marketing). * Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation, and own budgets and campaign results. * Bring experience from brands with international reach. What you bring * 3–5+ years of experience in brand or marketing management, ideally in FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce. * Deep understanding of the UK market — its customers, channels, and cultural nuances. * Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach — you can both shape a vision and make it happen. * Strong analytical skills — you understand KPIs, read data, and use insights to drive performance. * Creative storytelling ability — you know how to make a brand resonate through influencers, UGC, and social media. * Fluent or native-level English (C1+); another European language is a plus.
