WE ARE SEEKING: A strong leader with an outgoing personality to serve as Branch Manager at our Ocean Landing Branch in Berlin, MD.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Motivating and engaging staff, leading by example.
• Training and development of branch staff.
• Supervising branch staff through appropriate delegation of duties.
• Mentoring branch staff and onboarding new hires.
• Providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Growing branch revenue through the promotion of bank products and services that meet the specific needs of our customers.
• Monthly branch audits and preparing audit compliance documentation.
• Directing daily branch operations.
• Resolving customer issues in a satisfactory and prompt manner
• Ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory policies/procedures and preventing fraud.
• All other duties as assigned.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• A bachelor's degree and three (3) years of previous branch banking experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and more than three (3) years’ related experience and training.
• Advanced knowledge of branch banking operations, including teller duties, opening new accounts and products and services.
• Prior supervisory experience leading a team.
• Basic level ability in Microsoft Office Suite.

• This is a salaried, exempt position. We also have a discretionary bonus plan, subject to company performance.
