Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BMS sector. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective customers. Collaborate with the engineering team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to project completion. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Provide regular reports on sales activities and forecasts. Requirements: Proven experience in BMS project sales or a related field. Strong technical knowledge of Building Management Systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to travel within the south of the UK as required.
