What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a BH/IDD/TBI Provider Engagement Manager to join our team! The BH/IDD/TBI Provider Engagement Manager is responsible for strategic communication, provider education, and relationship development across the BH/IDD/TBI network. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President of Provider Relations and Satisfaction, this position develops policies and procedures related to provider engagement, and oversees provider forums, webinars, and communication initiatives. The BH/IDD/TBI Provider Engagement Manager leads the Provider Relations staff focused on proactive engagement, education, and satisfaction and works closely with other internal departments in promptly resolving provider issues and ensuring providers are assisted in various areas including enrollment, service authorization, contracting, and reimbursement. This position requires a strong skill set in customer service, leadership, staff management and development, organizational and time management skills, data trend analysis, and problem-solving.
