We’re looking for a Banking Administrator to join our growing team and support the smooth running of our in-house banking operations. In this role, you’ll take ownership of client accounts, managing everything from opening and maintaining bank accounts to processing daily transactions and providing excellent support to colleagues and clients alike. You’ll work closely with Banking Associates, CRMs and other internal teams, ensuring every client journey is handled with care, accuracy and attention to detail. What You’ll Be Doing opening, closing and servicing client bank accounts processing transactions and maintaining accurate records liaising with third-party providers and internal teams keeping systems and trackers up to date supporting process improvements across the banking function ensuring compliance with GDPR and company policies What We’re Looking For strong numeracy and IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) excellent attention to detail and organisational skills a proactive, flexible and reliable approach strong communication and customer service skills confidence working both independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
