Reporting to the Environmental Services Shift Leader, you will work in a Healthcare setting, with all members of the Environmental Services team to create a clean and safe environment that enhances the appearance of the facility. This is a Bank role with shifts allocated between Monday and Sunday, including night shifts. We are seeking candidates who are flexible and able to work night shifts as needed. Clean patient rooms, examination rooms, offices and public areas including restrooms Vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of surfaces and mopping of floors to ensure general upkeep of the area Maintain hard floor and carpets surfaces: buffing, scrubbing, carpet shampoo and daily maintenance Understand hygiene standards and infection control requirements Linen and Laundry management Waste management What we need from you? High School Diploma/ General Educational Development (preferred) Ability to speak and write in English. Recent Housekeeping/Cleaning experience within healthcare setting Customer Focused approach and "can do attitude" together with the ability to self-prioritise is required. Attention to details, ability to follow directions and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to meet physical requirements including full range of body movement and the ability to stop, stretch and lift while performing duties or moving item, and regular handling and use of disinfectants and others cleaning agents and chemicals.
