Job Description Your opportunity You will report to the Creative Project Manager for Gifting & Activation and will contribute to the development of client gifts as well as in-store activations. How you will contribute Contribute to gifting development in collaboration with suppliers Organize and file received documentation (technical files, samples, timelines, quotes) Analyze supplier proposals and prepare summaries Inspect samples and formalize feedback Update and monitor project presentations Archive and organize development samples Collaborate with the Clienteling department to update shared resources Prepare guidelines for the international rollout of client gifts Conduct competitive analysis on retail activations and gifting innovations Contribute to agency benchmarks and market trend research Prepare presentations for management meetings (visuals, key highlights, timelines) Provide operational support for key meetings (logistics, sample shipments, etc.) Who you are Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a business school, communication, or marketing A first experience in product development or gifting projects is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus Fluent in French and English (Italian is a plus) Strong analytical and presentation skills Good organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment You are interested in industry trends and enjoy working with a dynamic and flexible team.
