Collaborate with AWS support teams to resolve issues quickly. Participate in customer meetings and planning sessions. Maintain technical documentation and best practices. 🎯 What You Bring AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer). Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, IoT). 5+ years in technical account management or consulting in SaaS/cloud environments. Experience translating client needs into technical workflows and solutions. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
