Key Activities & Responsibilities: Technical Reference: Provide training and technical assistance to maintenance technicians in automation and electrotechnics. Complex Maintenance: Carry out advanced maintenance operations in electromechanics and automation. Project Management: Lead improvement and reliability projects for installations, propose and implement technical solutions to enhance equipment reliability. Legal Compliance: Organize and monitor scheduled regulatory inspections (General Periodic Inspections) and corrective measures, manage orders and interventions. Preventive Maintenance: Develop preventive maintenance plans with management, request quotes, manage subcontractors, monitor works’ quality and compliance. CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System): Participate in software selection, define internal structure, manage implementation and updates, analyze KPIs, and train users. Additional Duties: Coordinate preparation, purchasing, and spare parts assignments. Contribute to site working groups and continuous improvement initiatives. Plan team cover during holidays. Quality, Hygiene, Safety & Environment: Actively support the site's management policies relating to quality, health, safety, environment, and energy savings. Ensure strict compliance with internal and external site rules. Ensure colleagues follow safety rules and report any hazards. Promote eco-driving and environmental policies in their activities. Required Skills: Technical: Advanced knowledge in industrial automation and electrotechnics, strong electromechanical expertise, proficient with CMMS tools, project management skills, and regulatory knowledge (mandatory electrical authorization). Transversal: Analytical and rigorous problem-solving skills, ability to train and support teams, strong organizational and planning skills, ability to work cross-functionally. Join us.
