In the role, you’ll be working alongside our partners Michael Thomson and Allana Sweeney, supporting our clients to help them meet the challenges of today’s economic climate. The role will involve work on distressed M&A, restructurings, enforcements, insolvencies and advisory work for boards of distressed companies. Our clients include corporates, lenders, insolvency practitioners and law firms.
