Associate/Senior Associate (4–7 PQE) | Restructuring & Insolvency Are you an experienced restructuring & insolvency lawyer ready for your next role? We are seeking an Associate / Senior Associate (4-7 PQE) to join our top-ranked restructuring & insolvency team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. In the role, you’ll be working alongside our partners Michael Thomson and Allana Sweeney, supporting our clients to help them meet the challenges of today’s economic climate. The role will involve work on distressed M&A, restructurings, enforcements, insolvencies and advisory work for boards of distressed companies. Our clients include corporates, lenders, insolvency practitioners and law firms. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, a focus on quality and a determination to provide a first-class service.
