Requirements Doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) in a biological discipline. Postdoctoral research experience is advantageous but not essential. Broad scientific curiosity and commitment to supporting researchers. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, adaptable, and open to experimenting with new ideas. Understanding of open-access publishing and digital communication trends.
