We’re really looking forward to having you around! We’re looking for a tech-savvy, solution-oriented Associate Environment Manager to help shape the future of our non-production environments. In this role, you’ll collaborate with global partners and vendors to ensure our environments are reliable, cost-effective, and ready to support delivery. Key Responsibilities: Maintain healthy, available, and fit-for-purpose test environments Manage schedules, assets, and conflicts with precision Troubleshoot and resolve environment issues efficiently Drive smart reuse to improve efficiency and reduce costs Monitor performance and proactively identify risks Communicate clearly with stakeholders and keep them informed What We’re Looking For: Experience in test environment management or product support Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery models Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams About You: Proven experience managing or supporting test environments or products Solid grasp of software development lifecycles and how environments support each phase Knowledge of environment provisioning and configuration in cloud-based infrastructures Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills We welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time hours, flexible working arrangements, or job share opportunities.
