Maintaining exceptional safety, quality, sustainability, governance and risk standards across all activities. Building strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring commercial viability and programme compliance. Developing high‑performing teams, driving innovation, knowledge sharing and net‑zero, digital and C2P ambitions. You’ll need to have: Chartered membership or equivalent professional development. Proven construction programme delivery with strong property or infrastructure expertise. Strong commercial, financial and senior‑stakeholder management capability. Knowledge of carbon, sustainability and their impact on future project delivery.
