Manage and oversee the planning function, ensuring all projects and tenders are robustly planned, scheduled and monitored. You’ll be responsible for: Directing strategic planning performance, ensuring projects and tenders are effectively scheduled, monitored and aligned to client expectations. Managing planning and controls across complex projects, overseeing scheduling, EVM and analytical reporting. Providing clear insight on risks, trends and corrective actions to clients and stakeholders. Supporting strategic negotiations and due diligence while guiding planning teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Developing people, drive performance and embed sustainable, low‑carbon practices. You’ll need to have: Professional membership or equivalent development in a recognised body. Extensive defence planning experience with strong property or infrastructure expertise. Proven leadership of large, diverse teams and senior‑level stakeholder management. Strong commercial acumen with understanding of carbon and sustainability impacts.
